Review Good bright yellow. Sexy aromas of lemon drop, stone and tropical fruits, and butterscotch, with a hint of resiny oak. Dense and sweet, with a juicy spine of acidity giving shape to the nectarine and mineral flavors. A fruit-driven wine that finishes classically dry and rocky. (The flagship 2007 Freestone chardonnay, which was scheduled to have been bottled in April, looks to be the best yet under this label.) Visit website.
